History/social science = 2 yrs B. English (or language of instruction) = 4 years C. Mathematics = 3 years (4 years recommended) D. Laboratory science = 2 years (3 years recommended) E. Language other than English (or other second language) = 2 years (3 years recommended) F. Visual and performing arts = 1 year G. College preparatory elective = 1 year GPA Requires-California residents must earn a GPA of 3.00 or higher. Students who are not residents of California must earn a GPA of 3.40 or higher. I'm particularly intrested in the Veterinary medicine school, where Animal health, public health, and Ag & Enviroment are main concerns. UC Davis frequently ranks high in afforable elite colleges, and offers numerous finacial aid and scholarship opportunities.Davis works with their CCC(Cross Cultural Center) to create a community valuing their student populace. Uc Davis has 101 graduate degrees and a 21:1 student to faculty ratio. Davis provides statics such as recent alumni earning an annual salary of $56,300, and experienced alumni earn $94,600. Davis provides flexible and steady plans to help their students succeed and achieve far into the future. After a half-century as a branch of UC Berkeley, UC Davis was declared an independent general campus of the university by Oct. 23, 1959. In 1970,the first ethnic studies programs are organized, and in 1980, the Bodega Marine Laboratory is added to UC Davis research and teaching facilities. Futhermore, $2.2 million grant launched the nation’s first animal-shelter medicine research program in the year 2000.
