Since this company only deals with wholesalers and not with retailers, as a result the company needs to make different proposals for different wholesalers i.e., their customers. It was very difficult to develop a platform which can both showcase their products and create different proposals for different customers. Finding of potential buyers from their records was a challenge faced by the company and hence it was increasing the man power used therefore increasing the cost to company.
