By Maya Wright and Liam Branch James Madison is on the $5,000 dollar bill We learned that the people who are unrecognised are the ones who make a difference His impact on the Federalist papers Background on James Madison Born March 16th, 1751 in Port Conway, VA Died June 28th, 1836 in Orange Valley, VA Went to Princeton (1769- 1771) Delegate to the Continental Congress (1780) Fourth President (1809-1817) He worked as a Farmer, Lawyer, and most importantly a Notetaker/ Author of the Constitution Went to the Consititutional Convention Was a strong federalist He co-wrote the Federalist papers with Alexander Hamilton and John Jay Wrote 26 articles in total He largely supported ACS He left 2,000 to ACS He had a very strong opinion on slavery Many believe his father was a large influence on that.
