Transcript: Chair Stand with feet together, toes forward, arms at sides Inhale and raise arms overhead, palms facing each other Exhale and sit back about 45 degrees, keeping knees behind toes Keep abs tight to support back, gaze forward Muscles: Lower Back Abdominals Thighs Glute Muscles Ankles Fourth Pose The Tree Pose Slightly put more weight on your left foot Slowly raise your right foot to your left inner thigh and breathe in Grab it with your right hand to secure the foot in on your thigh Find your balance and when you are ready raise your hands slowly above your head and put them together If you have trouble finding your balance try to focus on keeping your stomach firm and in the center of your body Muscles: Thighs Calves Ankles Spine Improved Balance Third Pose Motivation The main focus and motivation for these poses will be to lose weight by toning muscles while being relaxed.
