How?! is different for every business and must be tailored to the business goals. There are some common themes found in successful implimentation though. Common Themes Pilot projects should be selected on programme - is there sufficient time to introduce and learn new procedures? complexity - is the project to simple? to complex? or unlike the normal workload? size - if the project is too small, the benefits may not be felt.
