Transcript: For most of Monica's childhood she was left in her room and pushed to the side. When Monica was 13, she moved in with her father. Amidst the stresses of a new town, a new school, new friends to make, and a whole new life, Monica began exhibiting very odd behaviors. January 2013 Monica was diagnosed with Disassociative Identity Disorder when she was 14 years old. She had been experiencing symptoms for many years unbeknownst to the people around her Disassociative Identity Disorder (D.I.D.) A mental illness Caused by a severe traumatic event in a person's emotional or social life which Causes the person to disassociate themselves from who they truly are. Moderate to severe anxiety attacks Hearing voices Blackout periods The turning point Early Symptoms Monica's grandmother tended to be verbally abusive and uncaring. What was done about it? A person with D.I.D. creates an imaginary world in which they become lost. In this world the person assumes the life of other people in their mind. Each person created has characteristics of a certain emotion or feeling. These people can have characteristics of being happy, sad, angry, cheerful, guilty, annoyed, violent, Monica began feeling outwardly depressed. She was feeling suicidal and had low self-esteem. Monica was struggling with the voices in her head. One person told her that the was worthless and unwanted. Monica began cutting herself and binge eating. On the inside Monica's world was falling apart as she was consumed by her own creations. Monica grew up in a broken household and was raised mainly by her grandmother. In the beginning Monica's History Monica hid her problems when she was younger. She was too afraid to tell anyone. Answering phone calls and dealing with tenants. My Role I plan to follow in the footsteps of the owner. I am learning everyday about real estate and property owning and I hope to be just as or even more successful then the person I am learning from. My furture My furture Time The typical hours would be 7am-5pm through the week, but i will have weekends off. When I start to go more in depth with the business I will be working 24.7 everyday of the week. The commitment will be great, but the end result will be greater. Time With the drive that he has it helped him make life changing deals and life changing descicions. He now owns enitre subdivisions, lake property, city property and even commercial property. What I have done The small things always turn into the big things. If you do not like risk then this is not for you. The Drive Some of the advice that he has told me is that you will face difficulties such as finances and the lack of not knowing. You not only have to understand "money" but understand that you are not here to work for money, you are here to have money work for you. It is not about how much you can get, it is about how much you can keep. To understand Why I am Staying It is the best thing to get into, it will change your life and I like change. That is why I stay. He loves what he does and plans to stay in the business because it helped him grow so much and the industry shaped him into who he is today. He has long term investments that are growing with interest now so he doesn't plan on changing anything that he is doing. He plans to stay in the "Game" as long as he can. The long run I plan to make this into my career so that i can grow and become someone successful and to beat the odds that are against me. I know and understand that i have to prepare myself mentally and be persitant, efficent, and willing to learn. I know that i can advance quickly and knowing that makes me love what i am goin to be doing in the very near future.
