Why Does it Happen? What is the Free Children campaign? To educate the world on the injustice of child marriage through creating an information and resource hub that is accessible through the internet. OUR GOAL In the beginning of our campaign, we will do extensive research on the issue of child marriage. We will create a website as our main information hub that contains resources and information regarding child marriage Once we have the knowledge of this social issue, we will create a social media presence on platforms such as Facebook and Twitter. Using the hashtag #FREEUS we strive for awareness on a global scale. How will this happen? The Steps Next, we will continuously interact with other organizations through social media who are combating and raising awareness for this issue. Organizations such as ME to WE and PlanCanada both focus on gender discrimination and gender crimes around the world, and we hope to create partnerships that prioritize the dismantling of child marriages in developing countries. Through our own Gofundme.com page, we will create an accessible platform where the money donated will go towards the initiatives against child marriage around the world. Our timeline? Continued... Continued... We strives for awareness worldwide. Educating those who have the resources to eradicate this injustice is where we hope to make the biggest difference. We hope to reduce the amount of child marriages still taking place today. CHILDREN DESERVE TO BE CHILDREN. What will be the outcome of the FreeChildren campaign? What is our outcome? Great with students, workers, family, etc. For example: With games like Jeopardy and Family Feud, players can pick practically any answers. The person who is running the game will have to have all of the answers in order to determine if players are correct or not. However, with a game like Who Wants to be a Millionaire, the players only have a choice between answers, A, B, C, or D. Therefore, when the player decides their answer, the person running the game clicks it, and the game will tell them whether they are right or wrong.
