Cost per person: 150/30=5, 200*5=1000, 1000/150=$6.66 per person Total cost for food: 1000 Awards Every body will get a special award that reminds us of you. Cost- Guest Speaker Eminem $300, Lil Wayne $500, T Pain $100, 50 Cent $200, and Young Money $300 100+200+300+400+500= $100 per min. each for 15 min. is $1500 total. These speakers are all hit teen music stars. Most kids very much like these groups/individuals and thats why we chose them. Decorations Cost- $12g= $144 What? 1 gross of Balloons How? Scattered all over the place! Music/ Entertainment: DJ Jazzy John We chose John because he is the hippest and coolest DJ a party can have. He costs $180 for 3 hours 180H=cost H=3 hours We got him for 6 hours so he costs $360. Schedule Fundraiser- 8:00 pm Start- 9:00 pm End- 1:00 am 8:00- 9:00 Fundraiser( Larry the Cable Guy) 9:00- 9:15 T- Pain 9:15- 9:30 50 Cent 9:30- 9:45 Young Money 9:45-11:45 DJ Jazzy John 11:45- 12:12 Emineim 12:12- 1:00 Lil Wayne Fundraiser Complete Budget- $3002 Type of Fundraiser- Bake Sale Cost for party- The total for the party is $3002, the school gives us $520 so we only have to make $2482. So we have to sell a total of 1241 cookies(various types of cookies), 1241 pies and cakes. Every item at the fundraiser will be exactly $1!
