Podiatrists Working Conditions Podiatrists work in general or group practices and are free to develop a practice focus such as pediatrics, geriatrics, or sports medicine. Podiatrists Working Conditions Need good vision and must work well with their hands Should communicate well with people, and have good business sense Podiatrists Schedule/Hours Always on call mostly work about forty-sixty hours per week Some work part time, but generally set their own hours Podiatrists Schedule/Hours Podiatrists’ offices may be open in the evenings to accommodate patients.
