First you need a MD, which needs biology in gr11 and 12 with at least a average of 80%. For entering Cardiology for masters in the cardiology department you need at least 2 years of experience to first become a resident. For getting a MD (Undergraduate Medical Education (MD Program) admission requirement: You must have an Ontario high school diploma with at least six 4U- or 4M-level courses. All courses you’ve taken to meet the prerequisites of a program must be at the 4U level, unless otherwise indicated.
