Most Beautiful Campus

Transcript: Our group came to a conclusion that we enjoyed volunteering in the grove to help educate the tailgaters on recycling. As we were passing out the bags to recycle, one guy said "Thank-you, anything to help keep the grove as beautiful as it is." That statement made us feel good about what we were doing because it let us know that not only us, but others care about our beautiful campus. Most of the tailgaters already knew how to recycle so all we had to do was hand them their bags. We got a chance to interact with the tailgaters and meet other people that volunteer on the regular. One guy that was assigned in a group with us told us that he started volunteering for community service hours, but after volunteering so much, he began to love it and volunteered every home game and even the sorting committee. We were skeptical at first to volunteer on the rival game simply because we had to also educate the Mississippi St. fans as well. But we did not have any issues and they were very respectful and did not give us a hard time. After finishing one section, we reported back and they gave us other sections to do. The project lasted about an hour and half and after that we were finish. It was not as hard as we imagined. It was simply walking around, passing out bags and letting the tailgaters know what they can and can not recycle. It was a great experience for our group and it exposed us to new resources that we were not aware of before. Reflection To end our presentation we just wanted to emphasize that we enjoyed the experience and would not mind doing it again. We also wanted to stress the importance and perks of volunteering. Volunteering helps the community and also helps you as well. By volunteering you can earn community service hours, add the experience to your resume and more. Volunteering with the Office of Sustainability our group received a Green Grove t-shirt, reserved seating in the game, and just the satisfaction that we helped our community and environment. Do you love the beautiful scenery that the campus of Ole Miss offers? We know we do! Who do you guys think is partially responsible for the beautiful campus? The Office of Sustainability of course! We got a chance to experience first hand on what the Office of Sustainability is all about and we would like to share it with you guys! The biggest issue for the Office of Sustainability is recycling. Recycling is the issue because not many people know how to properly recycle and it is left for waste. For our project we had to volunteer on game day to educate the tailgaters on how to recycle and give them proper recycling supplies. Recycling helps reduce pollution. The area of need is for more people to volunteer and help recycle and sort the recyclables to keep the grove and other parts of the community clean and waste free. If we as citizens of this community can come together and reduce pollution, the issue will reduce quickly. All about the Office of Sustainability The Office of Sustainability was established in July 2008. They are responsible for landscaping, building improvement, waste minimization, energy and water conservation, recycling, and service provision. The Office of Sustainability have projects that volunteers can get involved with such as Green Grove volunteers and volunteers to help sort the recyclables. They also provide internships that you can apply for. Their mission and goals are to keep the campus beautiful and waste free. The BRIGHT Idea Most Beautiful Campus Conclusion The issue

most beautiful countries

Transcript: Xinqi Chen The most beautiful countries South Africa South Africa This country sweeps international travel prizes and has travellers raving about its beauty so much that it has the highest repeat tourism of any long haul destination in the world! Considering how crazy people are about the place, it's not surprising that South Africa takes the top spot in the beauty stakes. Not only does the country have stupendous natural beauty, but it's urban-amazing too. The town of Franschhoek has been named amongst the five loveliest in the world, and the metropolis of Cape Town is more often than not picked as the most beautiful city on earth by travel lists and tourists alike, because of both its unparalleled natural setting and gorgeous architecture. History History South Africa contains some of the oldest archaeological and human fossil sites in the world.[24][25][26] Extensive fossil remains have been recovered from a series of caves in Gauteng Province. The area is a UNESCO World Heritage site and has been termed the Cradle of Humankind. The sites include Sterkfontein, whichone of the richest hominin fossil sites in the world. Other sites include Swartkrans, Gondolin Cave Kromdraai, Coopers Cave and Malapa. The first hominin fossil discovered in Africa, the Taung Child was found near Taung in 1924. Further hominin remains have been recovered from the sites of Makapansgat in Limpopo, Cornelia and Florisbad in the Free State, Border Cave in KwaZulu-Natal, Klasies River Mouth in eastern Cape and Pinnacle Point, Elandsfontein and Die Kelders Cave in Western Cape. South Africa has a mixed economy, the second largest in Africa after Nigeria. It also has a relatively high GDP per capita compared to other countries in Sub-Saharan Africa ($11,750 at PPP as of 2012). Despite this, South Africa is still burdened by a relatively high rate of poverty and unemployment, and is also ranked in the top 10 countries in the world for income inequality,[129][130][131] measured by the Gini coefficient. Economy Economy The South African black majority still has a substantial number of rural inhabitants who lead largely impoverished lives. It is among these people that cultural traditions survive most strongly; as blacks have become increasingly urbanised and Westernised, aspects of traditional culture have declined. Members of the middle class, who are predominantly white but whose ranks include growing numbers of black, coloured and Indian people,[184] have lifestyles similar in many respects to that of people found in Western Europe, North America and Australasia. Culture Culture Half of the most beautiful canyons in the world are here, including Zion, Antelope, Bryce, Paria, Waimea and of course the Grandest of them all. The Painted Desert is one of the most beautiful in the world, and Tracy's Arm is amongst the most beautiful fjord's in the world. The Everglades are amongst the most beautiful wetlands, Yellowstone is by far the world's greatest geothermal site and it's not too bad for wildlife either. The States has two of the world's top ten waterfalls in the form of Niagara and Yosemite, one wide, one tall, and both stunning. United States Of America United States Of America The first inhabitants of North America migrated from Siberia by way of the Bering land bridge and arrived at least 15,000 years ago, though increasing evidence suggests an even earlier arrival.[52] After crossing the land bridge, the first Americans moved southward, either along the Pacific coast[53][54] or through an interior ice-free corridor between the Cordilleran and Laurentide ice sheets.[55] The Clovis culture appeared around 11,000 BC, and it is considered to be an ancestor of most of the later indigenous cultures of the Americas.[56] While the Clovis culture was thought, throughout the late 20th century, to represent the first human settlement of the Americas,[57] in recent years consensus has changed in recognition of pre-Clovis cultures.[58] History History The United States has a capitalist mixed economy[467] which is fueled by abundant natural resources and high productivity.[468] According to the International Monetary Fund, the U.S. GDP of $16.8 trillion constitutes 24% of the gross world product at market exchange rates and over 19% of the gross world product at purchasing power parity (PPP).[469] The nominal GDP of the U.S. is estimated to be $17.528 trillion as of 2014[470] From 1983 to 2008, U.S. real compounded annual GDP growth was 3.3%, compared to a 2.3% weighted average for the rest of the G7.[471] The country ranks ninth in the world in nominal GDP per capita (first in the Americas)[33][32] and sixth in GDP per capita at PPP.[469] The U.S. dollar is the world's primary reserve currency.[472] The U.S. economy is also the fastest growing in the Americas.[33][32] Economy Economy The United States is home to many cultures and a wide variety of ethnic groups, traditions, and values.[571][572] Aside from the Native American, Native Hawaiian,

It's so cold that it actually balances the heat generated from impacts. It's evolution into a full blown planet by thermal conduction near the surface, and convection in the interior. Callisto Human Outer Planets Exploration Myth Sweet Facts Properties Density - 1.83g/cm^3 mostly rock and ice. Minerals – Iron, Iron Oxide and H chondrites. Callisto's surface has an albedo of about 20%. It has an icy lithosphere that is between 80 and 150 km thick. A salty ocean 50–200 km deep may lie beneath the crust, indicated by studies of the magnetic fields around Jupiter and its moons. She was Bear-Mother of the Arcadians through her son Arcas Callisto means “most beautiful”. Zeus disguised himself as Artemis to attract her, then had sex with her. Zeus's wife, Hera then turned her into a bear. Callisto is also known as the defender of Jupiter because it has been hit by meteors and comets that were going to have hit Jupiter 3 times. That in 2003 NASA started HOPE and chose Callisto as one of the most likely places for humans to occupy because of the possible life in the oceans.
