Stress is a huge factor in our lives as it affects all of us in many different ways. Stress often places unnecessary tension in our lives because we are not able to tackle this problem properly. This idea aims to address the problems that stress brings to our bodies, and when this is resolved and our bodies feel better, our minds will also be indirectly affected and we will also feel better, hence relieving stress. Our product aims to combine the most effective methods of relieving stress into a product that is more portable, easier to handle and more convenient, which means it can be used practically anywhere in any situation. This product is unique because there is none like it out there in the global market, and this will also prove to be a breakthrough because in the same way people want more powerful gadgets in smaller sizes(smartphones), it is essentially a “smartphone” of all these methods of relieving stress.
