Transcript: With the crash of the stock market and may people losing their jobs. The automobiles weren't getting sold, which resulted in companies losing more money and more jobs being lost. With the mass production there was overwhelming amount of product but no consumers to buy. Then easy credit came along. The End. Mass Production By: Jordan Cherry All Better? Rock Bottom When lower classes had the money to buy an automobile they did. This resulted in more jobs, and more automobiles sold. This created mass production. Mass production, created more supply and reduced consumer cost. But once you make a lot of one product they won't always be sold. The Beginning The automobile industry started off only being for rich people. It was never sought out that automobiles would be for middle class and lower class people. Until Henry Ford came, he introduced the assembly line which created more jobs for the working man. He also made automobiles that were so basic that they could be sold to middle and lower class. It seemed that America had hit rock bottom. The Great Depression sank in and more people lost jobs. But companies would work to stay in business, when motion picture, radio, and television came they had another trick up their sleeve. Mass Advertising, it was a way to show their products to the people. But if people still didn't have money how would they buy the products. Easy credit was a way of companies telling people its okay you wont go into debt yet. Using the automobile industry as an example, what are the causes and consequences of major industrial transformation in the U.S. It took a lot of time for companies to recover, but with a lot of work and money they did. With the help of their workers they created welfare capitalism, which was that workers could buy stocks but would have to share the profit with the company. Last year the output of domestic cars increased by 72%. The product value totaled KZT 185 billion. According to financiers, car manufacturing is becoming the fastest growing industry in the non-resource economic sector. The construction of a new car factory in Oskemen, East Kazakhstan region, will positively affect the scale of production as 60 thousand cars are expected to come off the conveyors of the new car plant in 2020. The company will additionally require around 1,000 employees. All of the products are manufactured at a plant in Kostanai, which has been operating for seven years. Every year, the facility increases its volume of exports to neighboring countries. statistics CAR INDUSTRY Kazakhstan’s car manufacturing industry doubled its production volumes in 2018 compared to 2017. More than 32,000 cars were produced in Kazakhstan in 2018. 30 percent of spare parts were produced in Kazakhstan. The manufacturers are set to increase the share of the locally manufactured parts to 50 percent. Sales for the Kazakhstan-made cars are increasing. The top five most popular car brands in Kazakhstan include four car brands manufactured in the Republic. In general, over the past three years, the demand for Kazakhstan-made cars increased from 17% to 49%. This suggests that cars manufactured in Kazakhstan are becoming more affordable due to financial measures such as concessional lending. It should be mentioned that by the end of 2019, the East Kazakhstan automakers are planning to deliver 30,000 new cars to dealerships. “We send a lot of equipment to Russia and Tajikistan and we are considering other countries.
