Transcript: 'The Road had many examples of fatherhood and what it takes to be a good father. The dad cared about his son more than anything in the world, including himself. Real Life Example Fatherhood In 'The Road', the father is given a terribly difficult choice when him and his son are almost discovered hiding in the house of the 'bad guys' . He has to decide whether to let them find him and his son, or just find him. In the intro to 'The Road', the father is speaking of how him and his son are surviving and in the end of the clip he says how much his son means to him. By Zach Luther In Conclusion... The two books I read were "The Road" and "One Second After". They were both about a father and his family in a 'post-apocalyptic' world. They both showed how much a father cares about their children and the sacrifices they make. There were many cases over the internet of dads saving lives of children. One tragic example is when a man and his 3 daughters were play soccer on a shoreline and they kicked the ball into the water. The ball quickly drifted away as the family was having trouble getting it. Him and his 3 daughters started to struggle against the current, and the man had as choice. He used all of his energy saving his daughters but it ended up costing his life. What a father will do to protect their children. This relates to 'The Road' because the man and his son are in constant danger of starvation or freezing to death in the cold winter. The dad is always risking his life, whether it's confronting strangers or giving up his food and warmth for his son.

I found that there are many struggles that we have to over come so that the child that we have brought in ths world will know right from wrong when the women is going threw the prehnecy there hormones gare goin wild so yyou can avoid arguements by just giveing them what they want but once the child gets there they are the ones who teach an nearture the baby most teen parents are on wic because they are still in school an have no way to provide for the child but wic helps by giveing you food for the baby it is very important for the father of the child to be around during the pregnecy its makes the mother feel better it shows her your there to support her for just a basket its 279.95 an thats only receving blankets an bibs. for 5 boxes of pampers its 100.00 an if the babys not breast feed its about 10.00 a can.
